Apartment films was developed for the purpose of helping
you find an apartment, condo, townhome,
loft or warehouse without having to
actually tour the properties.
You can choose from three different ways to view
apartments. You can search by property
code, map, or by the area name,
example: downtown, midtown, medical
center, etc.
Watch the videos of the properties in the areas you choose
and simply pick which one you like best!
This service is absolutely free to you! We maintain a current
computerized list of all communities,
floor plans, specials, etc. We will
provide you with lists of apartment,
townhouse and condo communities that
meet your needs, check availability and
even escort you when you are ready to
lease. Our licensed real estate agents
work on a commission basis which is paid
out of the advertising budget of the
community you choose to live in. This in
no way affects the cost of your rent -
it is an expense they have budgeted to
pay, just like yellow pages or newspaper
ads. In fact, because communities know
that we are working with you, you get
the best, current special they can
offer! They know you are being provided
