How to receive your free move-in gift rebate
1. Utilize ApartmentFilms.Com to find your new home.
2. Put "ApartmentFilms.com" when asked "how you heard about the property" on the information card, the application or the "lease application".
3. Report your lease.
4. Fax or email a copy of the lease application to ApartmentFilms.Com within 60 days of submission

5. The Crew (agents) name must be listed on the information card and the application, as well as accepted by the community.  Short term leases, as defined by the agent, are not offered as rebate. Properties do have the right to decline the residents referred the cash rebate.  (Although it doesn’t make sense why this would behoove them to do so,- if the property decides if it is not permissible, then rebate is not possible.)  Due to the market changes- property commissions do change without notification, Findit reserves the right to change the rebate amount if the commission is less than originally believed.  Therefore if the commission is not obtained (or has changed) rebate amounts may fluctuate accordingly.  We do reserve the right to not charge a commission to the property, which would disqualify the rebate.  The information provided on the website is based on current specials, however- it is based on information received from a 3^rd party & therefore is not guaranteed.  The Crew (agents) name must be listed on the information card, the application & accepted by the community.  Short term leases, as defined by the agent, are not offered a rebate.  If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly, as we are available for you!
